This year I've been learning more about women's cycle phases and how much that affects us week by week. I use to think that I was a mess, because one week I'd go into work feeling great and that I could accomplish anything and the next, everyone is annoying me, just a wrong look and I want to go off. I really thought I was just crazy 😅. I also hated how much it would affect me at the gym. I'd wonder why I did so well with my lifts on one week and the fail the next. Come to find out it's actually normal due to our hormone fluctuations.
The last few years I've been learning a lot about my body. Knowing the Hashimoto's also plays a role in it, I decided to dive a bit more into cycle phases and see if there's a way to heal my body.
